we've booked two same suite but at the end the hotel gave us one ensuite and one smaller room the charge of the room are the same which we are very disappointed with this but they hotel said they don't have other room for us. the kitchen supplies was not enough, there is no spoon / folks / knife in one of our room and I requested for it but never deliver to us. the so call "room cleaning" service is not daily. they will not clean the bathroom bin / take your rubbish everyday. For a budget travel in Copenhagen with a big group, you can consider to book it. I felt the hotel is dishonest to charge me the same price for two room but gave me one of the room smaller. VERY IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO WIFI PROVIDED IN THIS HOTEL!!!

I had a rough start at the hotel because there was nobody there when I wanted to check in. then there was a screw up with not being able to get back into the room with the card which could have been partly my fault. But again, it took a while to find someone who could deal with that. People from out of country don't always have capacity to phone someone, so that's not a good substitute for not having staff on site. Also, there's no free wifi, and the wifi that you pay for isn't very good. But I do want to say that, once those issues were dealt with it was great. If you're just looking for a good clean place to sleep, with good beds, linens and storage areas, this is a great place. Free, good wifi would really help too.

Kamer was erg vies. Geen schoongemaakte plinten en vieze vlekken op de muur. Ook de kraan en wasbak in de kamer lekten en er kwam een klein beetje water uit de kraan. De gordijnen waren te klein voor het raam, waardoor veel licht naar binnen kwam. De vloer van het toilet zag eruit alsof er al heel lang geen dweil overheen gehaald was en ook de wc was vies. Voor ons totaal geen positieve ervaring bij dit hotel.

Smelly hallway, dirty shared washrooms. Worst checkin. Their office closes at 5pm everyday. If you dont have a danish number to call them to open backdoor for entry, good luck looking for help. We reached at 6pm and had hard time finding some one to help.

not expensive place, clean, well placed but not practical for tourist, if you arrive outside of desk hours, you have to call them, they will not give you your access by message and not all tourist can call. It says parking, but it's a very small parking os be careful, it can be full when you arrive

Dont buy breakfast its terrible

The beds are hard, it smells like a toilet in the staircase, there is nowhere to put your close in the bathrooms and the showercurtain is very yellow with lime. The windows are so dirty, that you almost can see out. The breakfast cuntains two type of bread (if you are lucky and wait for the second bread to arrive) ham, cheese and two types of jam, yoghurt, müsli and cornflakes, Absolutely not worth paying 90 kr. for. This hotel may be farely cheep, but I'll never go there again.

Old and worn-out

It’s an old and very worn-out hotel. The windows couldn’t be opened, the soap dispenser fell apart, the shower water was cold, and in general everything was just old and shabby. Not worth the money

Eigenlijk alleen de ligging tov to do’s was goed (fietsenverhuur en leuk ontbijttentje i d buurt). Verder was t het lelijkste gebouw in de straat. En alles onderweg naar de (kleine) kamer was te vies/achenebbes om beet te pakken. Het gedeelde sanitair was niet schoon en er was geen handzeep en wc papier. Het onderhoud en klimaatsysteem was hopeloos achterhaald. Gehorig en veel lawaai van werkzaamheden in de straat. Maar ja, het was wel betaalbaar voor Kopenhaagse begrippen.

I stayed at this hotel with my two sons for four nights. We arrived late after reception was closed. We called on phone number provided and the gentleman Lukas guided us how to check in. Room was clean and shared bathroom/toilets were clean too. For the price facilities provided were fine. Metro station was on few minutes walk to get around the city. Good experience and would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten ein ganzes Appartement. Die Lage ist genial, so wie die Möglichkeit kostenlos in der Unterkunft zu parken. Das Appartement war sauber und gut ausgestattet, aber die Möbel und die Ausstattung waren sehr alt und im schlechtem Zustand. Das Personal war nicht gerade hilfsbereit. Trotzdem würde ich es aufgrund der Lage und des Parkings wieder buchen.

Lo speciale della struttura è il prezzo: Veramente basso per Copenaghen. Buona pulizia dei bagni in comune ed anche delle camere. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che non è centrale, però con la metro o bici puoi raggiungere un massimo 15 minuti praticamente tutto.

Ud fra billederne forventede vi en lys og moderne familielejlighed med køkken. Vi blev meget skuffede da vores lejlighed lå i en anden gade, og var meget mørk og slidt. Rengøring var fin, men uanset hvor meget man gør rent, så virker det så nedslidt, så at ikke har lyst til at være der. Køkkenet var ok stort, men manglede udstyr og det der var, var meget gammelt, så jeg tror aldrig, jeg ville lave mad der. Det er mere et slidt hostel og ikke et hotel. Jeg var heldig at få den sidste parkeringsplads i gården, så det var fint.
