Besonders unfreundliche Angestellte, das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig und verbraucht, die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt und nicht sauber, die Möbel war kaputt und nicht zu gebrauchen,die Mülleimer waren noch voll vom Vorgänger, die Mülleimer in der Toilette waren noch voll mit benutztem Toilettenpapier - einfach alles nur widerlich!! Der Allgemeinzustand ist fatal. Alles so dreckig und verratzt!

Muy malo

No nos gustó el hostal . Las fotografías no mostraban lo real. Tuvimos problemas con la ducha, las almohadas y toallas eran viejísimas, muy gastadas, en un lugar frío como este se necesita secador de pelo y no lo había,, la vista al lago ofrecida era mínima., tomamos desayuno en un comedor improvisado, donde había un perro al interior. A mi me gustan los animales, pero considero que no es higiénico que esté en un lugar donde se come .

Não voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Hotel bem localizado porém não tinha água quente em pleno inverno. O chuveiro elétrico não esquentava. Viajamos em um grupo de três pessoas e tinham apenas duas toalhas disponíveis. Mesmo reclamando, nada foi feito. O café da manhã que estava incluso na estadia não existia. Chegamos ao refeitório para tomar café da manhã apenas meia hora do início que foi servido e já não tinha mais nada para comer. Tivemos que sair e pagar para tomar café da manhã. O quarto que ficamos não haviam janelas e reparei que também não tinha nem ventilador e nem ar condicionado, o que pode fazer a hospedagem ser terrível no período do verão. Existem opções melhores em Copacabana. Não voltaria a me hospedar lá.
