My double bed room was medium size and clean. No heat in the room. But you can ask for a small electric heater. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, toast, rolls, sliced cheese, sliced cold cut meats, fruit, sliced pound cake, coffee tea, juices. It's a short walk to downtown area with the tourist shops and restaurants and to the lake Titicaca.

For the Price, I did not expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Room was fine, breakfast was good and service was good!

Check in and out was easy and fast. My two bed room was clean and large. The bathroom was okay. I did not like the shower spray head. It's the type that has electric coils in the shower head that heats the water. If you touch the large shower head with the electric coils inside you will get an electric shock. Breakfast was included. Orange juice, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, cut cold meat, rolls, bread, small danish, toaster, three fruit choices. No elevator, carry suitcase up and down stairs. No heat in my room. But you can ask for a small electric heater.
