Room and bathroom was very clean. We were greeted by a staff member who was very friendly. There is a toaster, kettle and microwave plus plates and bowels and appropriate cutlery.

Basic room, but clean. Bed was comfortable and the shower hot. If you are after a budget room, this motel is a good option. Free. Netflix was a nice little bonus.

Arriving late after driving from Sydney we were given a pin to check in which was seamless. Whilst it’s a relatively small room it has everything you need- heating, mini fridge, toaster and kettle and parking was undercover (meant no ice on windscreen which is a bonus). Clean and tidy but the best part was the electric blankets on the bed!!!!! Its a little bit away from the main drag but as we left at 6am the next morning to head to the slopes it was perfect. We’ve stayed in many places in Cooma and we’d recommend this.

The best water pressure in a shower I've had for many years... A nice quiet room (even though I was facing the main road), with a comfortable bed. And easy walk in to town (about 10 minutes), past some lovely homes.
