To the champagne on arrival, the outstanding room & pool then to top it off, cause it was my 50th the room had chocolates, card, gifts & spa treatments for me & my guest as a generous gift. 「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

「The house we booked was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. It had all the amenities you could need: a lovely patio, a beautiful terrace, and stunning views from both bedrooms. 「The entrance from Viewland Drive is not really convenient for going to Hasting Street. However, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable, staffs are very kind. I left a bag in the room after checked out and they helped me to find it back in efficiency.」
