"Very clean room. Great layout, nice to have both microwave and fridge. Nice desk area. Comfy bed. Good shower. Ample towels, nice to have a soap tray. Nice to have shelves in the bathroom and a closet with both shelves and a hanger area too. This hotel room is very efficient and well designed and fits a lot of functionality in. The staff are fabulous and kind, and there was always fun music in the lobby. Self parking and at no charge. Loved this hotel. "

"The only elevator was out of order and when it does work it's clunky. The bathroom vents were dusty. If you face the Chick Fila side, you will hear the fitness center recording play all night long. Would not stay here again. "

"Room was very small. Only one night stand next to the bed. No microwave. Bathroom was adequate. Staff was very nice and helpful. Oh, only valet parking at $34 a night per car. No where close to park except on the street... with a meter and a 3 hr limit. Although valet offers 24 hr service and in and out is allowed. "

"Arrived around 6pm. Given room key without any directions. Room located on 3rd floor. Had to use stairs. I’m 74. Asked where to park, told in the back. My room was at the absolute opposite end of the hotel from the back. Had to wander back and forth down endless hallways, Room looked like it was used for odds and ends. Mattress was not comfortable. ONLY SAVING GRACE FOR THIS HOTEL WAS A LOVELY, STAFF WOMAN WHO MANAGED THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. I asked EMILIA if she liked working there. She said yes, she had been there 27 years off and on. I asked if people were nice, she said yes. I went on to tell her about my experience, she was so sweet, so sorry I had such an experience. She said it’s usually not like my experience. Whatever pay EMILIA is receiving, it’s not enough. Sometimes it just takes good training to improve. Corporate could reduce executive pay and improve budget and salaries in order to get/keep good employees."
