「Wonderful except parking. When you arrive there is a parking facility underneath but self park is not validated while valet is - a fact not on Expedia’s website or the hotels and which nobody told me when I arrived or at check in.」

「Wonderful staff and valet. Great location across street from stadium. Walking distance to restaurants. The only downside was horrible street traffic with motorcycles and muscle cars. We were awake a lot of the night. Maybe ask for a room away from Main Street. 」

「We stayed here for one night while we attended an Indiana Fever game. This location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is lovely, the service is excellent, the rooms were beautiful and the free breakfast in the morning was fantastic...especially when enjoyed from the outdoors patio overlooking the street and the Gainsbridge Fieldhouse. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and especially for anyone attending a basketball game. You cannot get a better location!」

「The property was modern and clean. The art work displayed in the lobby areas were beautiful. Unfortunately staff were not very pleasant. Front desk was not very accommodating in our check in process. We got to the hotel an hour early and kids hung out in the lobby area while the adults grabbed a drink in the bar/restaurant. We were not greeted and were skipped service causing us to wait over 20 minutes to get any kind of service. Did not feel welcome at all. Valet was excellent and the workers...
