"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"Wonderful hotel with a great private spa area. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. "Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. 10/10 Excellent

"Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. The spa was also very clean and although small, was never too busy, and was separate to the main pool so for those looking for a little more quiet, it was for over 16s only. All to the staff were amazing, we had great communication from Emma before and during our stay, and Vinesh makes the best cocktails on the mountain! It was very accessible to the slopes, and has the nicest boot room we have ever had. The only drawback is the location for amenities, there is only one small (but very nice) food shop which sells wine, cheese and bread, and only 2 restaurants locally, so I'd recommend a food shop before you arrive, or be willing to drive/get a bus if you plan to cook more."
