Loved our last minute stay here. Wonderful helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The view from the swimming pool was amazing!

We were only there for one night in Summer. Everything was clean. The staff is very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice and Cappuccino from a good coffee machine. Free Wifi and parking place in front of the Hotel.

Le Caprice des Neiges est un hotel à taille humaine où l’authenticité savoyarde est présente avec une atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par des personnes attentives et bienveillantes. Bon séjour en général. Bien dormi, bonne literie, chambre correct mais sdb trop petite. Parking pour se garer. Proche remontées pour skier. Piscine chaude excellente. Très bon restaurant tant pour le petit déjeuner que pour le dîner Propriétaire sympathique. Hôtel peu isolé, dommage qu'il n'y est pas de logique dans l'attribution des chambres, exemple famille avec enfants au première étage, couple à côté d'autres chambres de couple pour plus de calme.

Very friendly management and staff, who always had a smile for you. The property is situated straight opposite a drag lift which is generally very quiet even though the lift goes straight to the top of the mountain. The property is about1 km from the village, so a little far for most people to want to wander down in the evening

À découvrir absolument

Un endroit où l’accueil y est chaleureux et où il fait bon vivre pour passer un petit séjour au ski. Nous avons eu de la chance d’avoir de la neige (ce qui permet de prendre directement le téléski qui est juste en face de l’hôtel). La piscine est très agréable avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Et la restauration d’une qualité incroyable (un grand merci au chef). En résumé un bel endroit à découvrir où vous serez cocoonés par le couple passionné qui gère cet établissement.

Chalet rustique mais sans âme

La décoration et l'état des chambres sont vieillissants et mal insonorisés. Grincement, bruit du bois, cela pourrait faire authentique pour certains... La réceptionniste se permet de nous reprocher de faire du "bruit" quand on ouvre les portes venant importuner les clients à 23h. Puis quand nous demandons des explications, nous nous retrouvons face à une personne condescendante nous sortons 1000 aberrations dont "je reconnaît à distance le bruit de chaque serrure et chaque porte ici"... Nous ne pensions pas qu'il était nécessaire de préciser que lorsqu'on séjourne dans un établissement, nous ne venons pas en tant que menuisiers mais clients. Se permettre de constater avec nous la vétusté de son hôtel est un bon début. Mais au lieu de s'entraîner à reconnaître le bruit des serrures, rénovez.

Très bel établissement : bon accueil, couple souriant, bonne table, belle décoration,professionnalisme ! Hôtel place au pied des pistes et pouvoir profiter de la piscine au sein de l’hotel après un en journée de ski est bien agréable ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Un hôtel sympa et typique de la montagne, mais avec une super boulette du site Hotel.com qui annonce lors de la réservation à 12 km de LA CLUSAZ....oui c'est vrai mais à vol d'oiseaux, soit par la route à plus de 35/40 minutes, sur l'autre versant de la montagne. Si nous avions su, .... Autrement pour la station c'est très calme...à 20h, si vous n'avez pas réservé il ne reste que le restaurant LE VENT VOLET qui vous accepte mais là c'est la gérante qui vous accueil avec un sourire dès plus agréable et Monsieur en cuisine, un vrai délice, je vous le conseille fortement. (A savoir, nous avons été refusés à 20h10 à la Pizzeria local,...complet alors que nous étions que 3 et la pizzeria au 3/4 vide....va comprendre).

Excellent à tous points de vue

Si vous voulez trouver un havre de paix alors n'hésitez plus cet hôtel est magique ! Le service,le confort, des environs splendides si vous aimez La montagne. Hôtel tenu de façon remarquable par un couple charmant, La piscine intérieure est bluffante avec sa vue sur les sommets et sa ligne d'eau à contre-courant pour les sportifs. Excellente table et bon petit déjeuner pour des prix raisonnables. Bref un 10 sur 10 bien mérité.
