The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

The pull out bed dropped a 1/4 cup of food when we opened it & there was popcorn on the floor around it when we entered the room. The ceiling above the shower was water damaged & falling in. 「The courtyard was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable . The TV did not play well and the picture was fuzzy. Water in the shower was barely warm.」

「The room was a complete disaster and that I had luckily brough Clorox, wipe and other cleaning supplies! I have pics of it it was so nasty!!! There were people all night freaking out it was crazy crazy crazy! Don’t ever stay there idc if u have to sleep I. Your car it’d be better than that place. The door had Been kicked in so I kept my pistol on me all night ! cause of what a mad house out there it was!! Don’t ever stay there is you wanna feel Safe and clean!!」

「Biscuits were hard as a rock . Snacks are way to expensive when u have a convenient store right around the corner. Room was very clean and nice maintenance work and paint touch ups are needed especially for a 150 night stay. Room only had one tiny tv usually in a suite we get two tvs. Or at least a very large tv.... Elevator needs maintenance it was very slow and glitchy.. your staff is really nice though so that is a plus .. but we probley won't stay at this location for that price with only...

「Clean rooms very accommodating staff! Chose to stay an extra night after not being able to visit Geronimo’s grave we decided to walk Holy city and a few museums that are not on the base. Highly recommended. 」
