Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
I was canceled about an hour before check-in time. When I was able to reach a hotel "ambassador" after 3 attempts, I was told 1st Class Guests take precedence over me. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE. If I had canceled this late, I would still have been charged. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING TO THIS HOTEL.

The only issue I can complain about is checking out. I had to check out at 5:30 am and there was no one to be found to help me. A worker came in while I was waiting for someone to come to the desk and she started yelling hello and finally someone came out of the back room who looked like he was sleeping. ...
