I got straight scammed. I paid the upcharge for an upper floor room. What they don’t tell you is the lowest floor of the hotel is 6- which they call an upper floor. I paid the upcharge but stayed on the same floor I would have at the lower rate. Floors 2-5 are parking and 6 is the first actual hotel ...
