"Clean room, great staff and amenities! "

"The older black guy was lying in the sofa watching family feud when I arrived not at the desk so I ring the bell instructed by the sign. He yellled “what you want”. I was so confused so I told him I needed to check in. He came around to the desk and began banging the computer mouse on the desk saying it doesn’t work. He told me he can’t do anything because the mouse doesn’t work. I asked him what that means because I already paid for my room before I arrived. He called some guy on the phone and he was instructed to keep trying, take the batteries out and replace them and keep trying. We stood there over 6 minutes watching him take the batteries out and continuously replace them incorrectly. Finally we told him to turn the battery the other way and it worked. Some girl walks up and tells him to give her another room key because she left one in the room and the one she had with her isn’t working. So without even checking to verify that she actually occupied that room he gave her a key to the room. The furniture in the rooms is outdated, mold in the showers, holes in the walls and stand in the bed sheets. He told us breakfast starts at 6:30 am when we arrived downstairs at 7:10 am the breakfast area was completely empty just like the night before when we checked in. There was never any breakfast nothing to eat or drink. The same guy was sitting behind the desk eating a muffin. Also the ice machines weren’t working "

"I have never been to a US hotel (especially not one as disgusting as this) that would not check me in without making & keeping a copy of my driver's license. I was happy to present it, but there is absolutely no reason for them to make a copy. Or insist on keeping the copy upon my check out."

"I love love this hotel it is never ran down they have even remodeled the roooms are gorgeous clean comfortable and so relaxing Everything you see in pics are accurate "

"Absolutely awful. Only positive was friendly front staff. I had to switch rooms 3 times and even the last room had not been cleaned well as there was still a a used cloth and garbage under the sink. 1st room had someones left clothes dirt sheets piled in closet ad personal effects left in drawers. Couches in all 3 rooms stained with unholy substances. Floors visiblely have not been cleaned in lord knows how long. Every surface was filthy. 2 out of the 3 rooms toilets were clogged on arrival and veiw pictures and tubs were disgusting. People staying inside and outside of hotel were visibly suffering questionable life choices. Do not stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE "
