Absolutely awful. Only positive was friendly front staff. I had to switch rooms 3 times and even the last room had not been cleaned well as there was still a a used cloth and garbage under the sink. 1st room had someones left clothes dirt sheets piled in closet ad personal effects left in drawers. Couches in all 3 rooms stained with unholy substances. Floors visiblely have not been cleaned in lord knows how long. Every surface was filthy. 2 out of the 3 rooms toilets were clogged on arrival and veiw pictures and tubs were disgusting. People staying inside and outside of hotel were visibly suffering questionable life choices. Do not stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel should NOT be available on Expedia. The back door doesn't even lock and the evening attendant told us that she is always chasing out people that don't belong in the hotel. The back parking lot is completely dark with homeless people hanging around. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke, the carpet is dirty and threadbare. The girl that checked us in announced our room number to several other guests and never even asked for our I.D. We didn't end up staying because of how terrible the conditions were. We left and drove another 1.5 hours north to find another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Rooms where dirty- our other party that came with us had to be move twice due to unclean room (floors werent swept, dirty clothes from the last person was left, theres blood stains all over, toilets clogged after 1 use, and the pool has been broken for at least 3 years- we stayed in 2024 and it wasnt working then either.) Our room did not have a top lock on it and we have a two year old that can open doors. And some of the other "guests" make it feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Theres plenty of pictures.

The front desk staff was super friendly, helpful, and understanding. However the hotel is almost uninhabitable. Many of the rooms the doors were broken. I tried three different t rooms. Once o got one the a/c unit was broken. They must be short staff cause rooms were not even clean. Because I prepaid I had to see it through which makes me second guess prepaying moving forward. I would have definitely went to a different hotel.

Pros: close to Ft Jackson Cons: *Room was saturated with a pungent stale cigarette smell (gain febreeze was offered) *Large old blood stain on mattress and mattress cover. (Only the sheets were changed when they “re cleaned” the room *closet area clearly not swept out and there was someone’s paper drivers license and trash left *refrigerator leaked all over the floor and they didn’t have any towels to give to replace the ones we used to soak up the water *bathtub filthy with pubs and dirt which was the final straw and they came to “re clean” *upon arriving back from dinner we were informed they had just finished re cleaning but that the hot water was now out *so I couldn’t bathe my kids in cold water and it wasn’t back on until the next morning. The gas line wasn’t their fault, but the accumulation of events on issues made the situation that much worse. We ended up leaving the next day and asking for a full refund, which we got. The ladies at the front desk were nice and ultimately tried to be helpful. The pool was not in working order either.

Broken equipment scattered throughout the hotel, peeling paint, entire lobby reeks of pot, food and trash all over the hallways and stairwells, got no sleep both nights because of extremely loud guests going up and down the hallway that the staff finally did something about at 3 am on the second night. Absolutely worst hotel stay I’ve ever had anywhere. I’m pissed off that I actually paid them to stay in this garbage place for two nights.

Three days this equipment didn’t move.
Screws sticking out poking my hand when I went to turn the handle.
Completely missing door handle.

Easy/smooth check in. Upon entering room, there was a giant log of poop which was in the toilet. Not a great first impression. Called front desk and got another room. Room was dirty. Night side table was sticky and some electrical outlets had no cover. Heating and cooling unit looked like to was bashed around in someone’s work shop with dirt and grease splattered. It was stained and the window coverings were also filthy dirty as if someone was smoking in the room. Beds were comfy and as described size wise. Tv was large and worked well. Shower drain was plugged so you were showering in your own dirty water. Took awhile to drain after getting out / it wasn’t very clean regardless. The area the hotel is in isn’t the greatest. If you were travelling with children I would look elsewhere if possible. I would avoid this hotel unless you get a great price and travelling alone for a quick night stay. Breakfast was the good and the receptionist upon check in was helpful.
