The Siamese Twins Trail is an easy 1 mile roundtrip, with less than a 150 foot rise. There is a unique view of Pikes Peak through the natural window of the twins.
I've visited many locations over the years, but Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, CO is still my favorite place on earth. The beautiful red rock formations, serene mountain side landscape, and abundance of wildlife make this a must visit destination.
The Siamese Twins Trail is an easy 1 mile roundtrip, with less than a 150 foot rise. There is a unique view of Pikes Peak through the natural window of the twins.
If you look closely you can see one of the paths that wind through the rock formations at Garden of the Gods. These rock formations are an amazing sight because they seem to have come from nowhere. There are no other formations like these anywhere in sight so you're left with a sense of wonderment. Garden of the Gods is a really cool group of rock formations that seems to burst from the ground out of nowhere. There are large boulders in the area but nothing like these. When you get here, there is a road that goes around the entire area so you can see the formations from all angles. There are also plenty of hiking trails into the rocks, as well as the surrounding area. #GardenOfTheGods #ColoradoSprings #Colorado #RockFormations

The castle itself was great, though my poor self could only afford the peasant housing. I liked the breakfast… great property and it snowed while we were there and was the prettiest view ever.

Price is reasonable for the amenities. Close to Garden of the Gods and have available bicycles that can be rented. Special mention to their staff Scott who is kind and fixed our broken door lock in record time. We will definitely be back here and will recommend to our friends and family : )
