We loved our stay! The views are spectacular. I would have liked for the pool to be a little more heated. Not all of the pools were open though as we would have liked the adult pool. The Academy Hotel Colorado Springs
Room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay even though I requested it multiple times. When I spoke with the manager her said they are in the process of new ownership and the new owner is unable to be reached as he is out of the country so he is sorry but there is nothing they can do to rectify

Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs
The staff went above and beyond for our stay and found my sons build a bear he lost by the fire place. We always come back here every spring break.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotels
The resort is beautiful we were a little disappointed the snack shop by the pool wasn’t open on Monday nor was the gates grill! The spa was booked for the day! The staff was very pleasant!
