Galle Face Hotel
Steeped in history, good location and facilities. Good restaurant choices. Outside bar area is great overlooking the sea. Service was slow at times and hotel is a bit tired in places.

Mount Lavinia Hotel
The hotel still has the charm . The doormen make it , dressed the part and charming .
