「La habitación que me asignaron estuvo bien, fui solo de viaje así que para mi estuvo bien, pero en cuestión de Wifi no tiene la mejor red, quería conectarme por cosas de trabajo y no funcionaba tuve que usar los datos de mi celular, y la pantalla del cuarto no se conectaba al Wifi. Lo demás estuvo muy bien.」

「We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that. We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning. We contact the staff about it, and they have improved that problem. Location may not be in the center but the area is safe for living and 10mins walk to the metro station or shopping...

However, I agree with some of the other reviews it feels like the hotel opened before everything was fully ready, there's construction happening currently. There’s no on-site restaurant, and there were no vending or ice machines available for guests, but there's few nice restaurants/spot to eat around it. 「Great Location, walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy's, ATMs, and restaurants. Nice to have gas stove and refrigerator in the unit for our 3 week stay. Staff friendly and courteous. Pay Laundry facility is clean with front loading washer and dryers nice when there for extended stay.」

Ants, outlet covers broken, lock in the back door weak, the linen stained, no soap in the bathroom, no paper towels, the cabinetry in disrepair, no toilet seat, stained grout, the stove with rusty grates, pillows with mildew The apartment owner, who was not the person coordinating the rental, it was a third floor walk up with no elevator, and not the rental pictured. She was rude and disrespectful. During the night, there was a horrible fight in the street...
