「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「Clean room, kind and respectful staff, easy late check in that we were so grateful for because our flight landed a little late but the car rental process took 3 plus hours. We didn’t arrive until 4:30 am to check in. Truely grateful for the hotel staff understanding. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. 」

「We have stayed at the El Conquistador in the past and loved Las Casitas so much more. It is less busy and much more private. We had the infinity pool to ourselves quite often and we as easy to find places to relax. It was close enough to El Conquistador to still enjoy the amenities. The property is stunning and staff are exceptional. Thanks for a wonderful stay!」
