"Staff were nice but they seem severely understaffed. I tried calling for the shuttle to pick up from airport but was on hold for almost 15 minutes. The next morning I had a reserved shuttle pick up time and I was down in the lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled time, but no one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes. The shuttle didn’t come at the scheduled time because no one at the desk called them. Very frustrating experience. "

"Front desk staff were just so unpleasant, that’s my biggest gripe. How these people got a job in hospitality is astonishing to me. Everything else was just fine, nothing spectacular nor horrible."

"There was an area wide power outage so we checked in and out in complete darkness. Walls are a but thin, we could hear guests beside us. The staff were doing an exceptional job given the circumstances. "

"Had no power and is refusing to give me a refund because I could not stay there with my daughter that was scared. She was petrified the lady at the front when you came in so the doors do not lock due to the power being out."

"The hotel was old. The lighting in the hotel was poor. We requested a wake up call. They did not call us. Need to be updated."
