「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」

「We had 3 rooms booked for a special Titanic birthday weekend Unfortunately there had been flood water damage in the rooms - we were not notified til we got there that they could not accommodate us and we were relocated to the Marriott hotel - Couldn't;t do enough for us - complimentary cocktails 1 round - all transfers paid for but we felt we missed out on the luxury theme boutique hotel. Ruben on reception deserves a special mention for customer service.」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「We only used this location as its proximity to the Belfast City Airport. Hard to evaluate or give an honest opinion as we were only there for 10 hours. The inside of the building was under construction so there was some mess. No review on breakfast as we left at 3:00 am.」

「在最後一天晚上，隔離兩個房間很嘈吵，引至不能入睡。 其他大至上都很好」
