"Very friendly and helpful staff at a nice hotel. Location was close to the city centre attractions, but was on the edge of a slight run down area. Rooms were clean and tidy BUT lacked storage space. One shelf in wardrobe, no drawers, no coat hooks, etc... As a family of three on a city break we didn't have a lot of clothes, but still struggled to find a place for things."

"The location of the hotel was perfect, right across from Belfast Grand Central, short walking distance from shopping malls, restaurants and attractions. The staff was very helpful, unfortunately could not try the breakfast as we had an early morning commitments."

"The hotel is very nice this is our second time staying here now we’ve stayed in a few holiday inns before another one in Belfast it was lovely but I really like this one staff all seem lovely the breakfast was absolutely delicious plenty to eat the food in the hotel was really nice the room was very clean a nice big tv we did have a room with a double bed only thing I would say about the bed is that it was abit on the small side for being a double bed it was comfortable thoguh so had a good sleep the shower was as good plenty of power I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at it’s well kept has a we gym also and they can book you a taxi at reception if needed we will definitely be back to stay"

"Let’s just say this hotel was superb! Beautiful amenities, one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced, easy parking, a great bar, and a delicious breakfast. Seriously one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. We absolutely loved our stay at Malone, and if we return to Belfast I am certain we would stay here again! Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you!"

"We stay here all the time as a family. Nice rooms, good breakfast, great swimming pool and gym. It is in a quiet location. It is on the outskirts of Belfast - so you need transport to get around (car, taxis or bus). The staff are always friendly and helpful and there's a decent bar/restaurant too."
