「Room was boiling hot making it hard to sleep despite turning off the heater. The curtains do not shut out the street lights so the room is illuminated all night.

「Staff were really lovely and cared about me and my stay. I was able to check in early, which was a life saver! As id been travelling for a long time! Other resudents were reapectful with noise, and the sound from the bar below was easily resolved with some earplugs, so i managed some great early nights. I didnt have breakfast, but i was permitted to eat my takeaway either in my room or in the pub, they provided plates and cutlery. I will certainly book there again 」

「Séjour à Londres en famille. Accueil très sympathique avec un hôte à présent et qui répond à nos questions. Cependant le logement n’est terminé et les finitions ne sont pas présentes. Bien pour y dormir mais il ne faut pas regarder dans le détail 」

「DISGUSTING! This review is not exaggerated in the slightest. Im amazed at the condition.of this place and the list of faults seems endless.
Sooo.. kitchen is a disgrace. Dirty, very tired, mismatched, no tea bags, no sugar. 1 fork! It was filthy. No problem. I'll clean them. No washing up liquid.
