科爾斯角飯店的精選推薦

1. 華盛頓州萊文沃斯松鼠樹度假村

Leavenworth

「Really nice people but the place needs a stricter eye on maintenance and cleanliness. My bathroom faucet was broken so that the lever just rolled round and round. And there were items of a personal nature from a previous guest left on the floor in the bathroom--not sure how that happens during routine cleaning. All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and did their best to make it right but it should never get this bad. Nice little restaurant/ bar/ gift shop. The rooms are a little noisy but...

「We were lock out of our room for over 4 hours and tried to get ahold of someone to re program our room door code and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we went to the next door neighbor and it just happened to be the property manager. This is why I’m not giving an excellent review since we were unable to get into our room for over 4 hours and had to sit in our car since the weather was cloudy, rainy and cold. Other than that we were happy with the room overall.」

「Nobody was present when we arrived, only a piece of paper was provided. We tried to locate a staff member unsuccessfully. The room was very hot and smelled muggy. The screen door to the balcony was broken and the bathroom door squeaked every time we opened and closed it, the bathroom appeared worn and the shower curtain was loose. I made arrangements to pay at the property, due to an issue with Expedia not collecting the payment and as mentioned couldn’t locate any staff and in the morning a...
