「Hands down, excellent staff!! Very welcoming and accommodating. Our room had comfy but slightly squeaky beds. A hot tub, a fire place and a little porch. The view is beautiful to the west. Sadly we found a used towel in our bathroom, a used ear plug in the nightstand, the doors were worn and shut with extra force, cobwebs and ants by the hot tub. 「The bid was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I slept well. The breakfast was good. Fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. Needed potatoes to be perfect. I loved the orange juice too. No bagels and cream cheese which I only have when at a hotel that serves it.LOL」

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」
