「Loved the spot. There was an issue with the thermostat and the rivetstays staff had a space heater sent to the unit at 11 at night to use until the issue was looked at. That was amazing service. The unit was small, but had an amazing view and was close to where we needed to be for that week. Woild stay again in a heartbeat.」

「2nd time staying here and this place is great. The staff is all knowledgeable and kind. Is it a 5 star hotel? Not necessarily but it’s trustworthy, clean, and i’ve never had an issue. Close by to a lot of food places and convenience stores. The room itself is all we need. Free wifi, Heat, and it’s private. If you need a place to stay without hidden fees come here. 」

「I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay in Toronto. Near to downtown . The area proved to be exceptionally convenient, located just minutes away from dowtown , which made commuting a breeze. I truly enjoyed my time in this vibrant zone, which is rich with excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries. Additionally, I felt very safe during my entire stay, which added to the overall pleasantness of my visit. Thank you once again...

「It was good in general! The price was fair! One thing was about bathing stuff! It should be refilled regularly! The room was clean and spacious for one! Very quiet during the nights! I will consider it when I travel to Toronto!」

「Definitely liked the location, everything was so walkable and Ubers were cheap to places in downtown. Super close to the CN tower, Scotiabank & Rogers Centre. The rooms were clean, I’d say some of the apartment appliances were a bit outdated. I was a bit sussed out as I had to send my security deposit the day of our reservation via Zelle rather than it being out of my card that was already given on file through their pre-check in website. I’m still waiting to receive my deposit back from after...
