「I had a fantastic stay at Kapok. The entire staff was rather warm and welcoming. Kareem at front desk went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. In particular the breakfast was sumptuous with a wide variety of dishes. The panoramic city view was picturesque. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a tasty morning meal. Thanks again Kapok! 😊」

「This place is where people pay nightly to come with women or men. It’s a motel. They have a $300 TT pass for the day and the building was terrible the facility the whole surround in everything is terrible is degrading. I believe that Expedia shall not entertain the Alecia‘s palace anymore. It’s false advertisement. It’s not up to the standard at least for me. I like standard like where I’m staying in book reef right now where I’m gonna stay in the Hyatt K-pop hotel that kind of standard it’s not...

「It is shameful to put trust in Expedia or in the assistance that Expedia might even think to provide. The toilet would not work the shower was broken. Television not working and a very heavy musty odour. Yuk.」

The staff was rude and we had to go to the front desk to clarify the situation. The room is as small as a closet, even though it is clean the beds are as hard as a rock」
