「Interesting that some hotels seem to be going to a VRBO way of checking in. GREAT atmosphere, comfy beds, extremely quiet neighborhood. For some reason they seem to have eliminated any for of breakfast, which they used to have. Otherwise a great place to stay.」

「This place is very good. You should stay here. It's simple and straightforward, but you can tell that the owners/operators truly care and have sweated the details. This is a place where they can proudly invite their friends and family to stay. Name-brand toilet paper, nice shampoo and body wash and lotion, nice bathroom fixtures, nice towels, good mattresses, lots of hooks on the walls for hanging your gear, white noise machines to combat the train noise (which didn't bother me at all), and...

Outside a bit sketchy, hanging wires, lumber. Room was on second floor. Appears that first floor rooms may have permanent tenants. 」
