「Just found out the facility is being demolished so the property has not been kept in perfect condition. Saddens us bc the property has been in our family and friends history since growing up as the Holiday Inn. Saddened to know that so much will be destroyed instead of the property being upgraded and kept. 」

「It was priced great , just the hotel was a littly shabby and ran down , other than that it was convenient and located next to shopping malls and food 」

「Perfect location right in the heart of Cocoa Beach! Lazy river is a great feature and they even had a mermaid come out and play with the kids! Great experience! I’ll definitely be back. 」

「This Days Inn is one of the best in the state! We have stayed here many times and always leave with a smile! The free breakfast is not cold continental food. It is both hot and cold - your choice. The sausage gravy and biscuits are as good as my grandma made! The rooms are clean and everything works. It is not fancy but it is comfortable and restful!」
