「Clean rooms, very nice breakfast, clean workout room in good working Condition. Staff very friendly, location very easy to get to and didn't need to fight traffic.」

「No one to receive you or do check in at 6 pm friday ? Cleaning staff tried to look for front desk guy for 15 minutes. He arrived, no apologies, one word exchanged with the obviously not fit young guy. Towels taken from room but no new ones. In summary, bad services, do not care much.」

「While I did not have time to use the amenities at the property. The room was very clean the staff were helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the parking. They have a very large lot for the location but they must own the Avalon next door because they share the lot amongst other things. The lot was always full, but I was able to park with minimal problems for the most part. I would not recommend with a large vehicle or trailer.」

「This was a cute room in a great location. Pros: private, comfortable bed, large room, cute decor. Cons: Musty smell, no fan, no ability to put the AC under 72, no warning that we would be on the third floor with a non-working elevator, no onsite staff, minimal cleaning (new towels & garbage removal only). No coffee or ice machine. Plus you have to walk in and out through a literal bar. I will still probably go back, but arrange to have a fan and make sure I wasn’t on the third floor. But...

However, I had a serious issue with cleanliness or pest control. One night, I woke up with multiple bites on my torso and back. After checking out, I had a virtual medical consultation, and the doctor prescribed a cream to treat the bites. 「Very nice large room. Bar stayed open late for those night caps, the bar also has a small Starbucks. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Palmetto area.」
