「Our stay started poorly as there were a number of issues with our room. After overhearing our conversation with the front desk we were approached by Deanna who was with the property management company. Not only did she and her GM have our room completely recleaned but they comped us an additional night. New management is working hard to bring tjis resort to what it can be. Great location terrific price for oceanfront suite. We will certainly try Sancastle again in the future.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at the Ellie Beach Resort. We enjoyed the adult pool, room size, and view from the balcony. The family pool and slides were great, too.」

「The staff was wonderful the food Bar and Pool was great. Easy access to the beach. I had and oceanfront room with a spectacular view of the ocean and outdoor pool. This property also features a i door pool. I would stay here again 」

「Great location. Only issue was the elevators. When we arrived, one of the two guest elevators in our building was down. The second day, the orher elevator broke, leaving everyone in the building with only the service elevator. By the time we left, only one of the two guest elevators had been repaired. Other than that, the place was great. 」
