Clovis is an agricultural smaller city with a diverse population. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. It has a hard-working vibe: what you see is what you get- no airs or pretenses. It is it an elegant town but they are busy feeding us!

When there is a major event like the annual rodeo or the California High School Track and Field Championships, have restaurants open late on Friday and Saturday. Teams had to go Fresno to eat dinner.

Enjoyed the area with alot of amenities and close to our family we visited
"Pleasantly surprised. I had stayed at others but first time for my husband, who is kind of fussy. He loved it. Full kitchen, was great, even though we only used the freezer.
Arriving late, I was at first reluctant about the location, but in the morning, found it to be beautiful grounds. Everyone was intrigued with the pancake machine. I want one. Very nice breakfast."
