「Great customer service. Front staff was very accommodating. I had chosen a room thru the app, however after getting to the room, we realized that the ac unit was next to our room and too loud for our liking. Front staff immediately changed our room for us and made sure we were comfortable. Room was also very clean and organized. Highly recommended.」
