「Resort was excellent. However my room air condition was not working properly. It was very hott. I complained 2 times and there was no resolve. They sent someone to check it but it still did not blow cold. Otherwise the resort food and other ammenities was very good.」

「Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We were a large family group and they always kept us together dining. The chef cooked the fish some of the fisherpeople among us caught to perfection. Have to do more about keeping the birds at bey in the dining room. They were much too aggressive and had too much open access to the buffet presenting potential health concerns. 「The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management. I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here! By far one of the worst trips I’ve ever had especially from someone who travels a lot.」

「My husband and I stayed here for his birthday. If you’re looking for a VERY quiet stay here is the place to be. If not and you prefer activities & nightly entertainment try somewhere else.
