"We were not able to even check in. It was a contactless type of deal. There was no one to help you and we spent 40 minutes trying to check in. We eventually left and stayed some where else. "

"The breakfast menu was simple and traditional. A good bite if you don’t want to go out to breakfast. The staff was super nice, helpful, and friendly. I personally didn’t care for the fact that you have to pay for parking ($84 for 2 nights) especially being a guest. I don’t know if that’s the hotel policy or Nashvilles but either way I think it’s ridiculous. Out of all my travels I’ve never had to pay parking for being a guest. "

"Accommodations were good The room was centrally located with regards to the building and it's accessibility to music row in the Vanderbilt area as well as there was able to cook some food in that kitchenette, I wish there would have been an oven but again that's just because I like to bake as well and traveling it's much easier for me with some of my food intolerances etc to cook for myself."

"Of all the Loews this is the one that needs the most attention. It shows its age, there are better options but would recommend a Loews anywhere else."

"Breakfast was great, the room was great, overall a really nice experience. My only comment is that the only parking available Is valet and I believe it was between $30 and $40 for a night. Not a deal-breaker, but I felt like it was a waste of 30 or 40 bucks. I found out towards the end of my stay that there's a residential neighborhood 2 blocks away with free street parking. "
