「Amazing , friendly professional staff, the valets were always helpful and amazingly friendly. (Seveth? ) also the tall slender guy indian possibly as well or Latino decent amazing people. i could never pronounce names, complete professional. Service desk top notch.. indian lady.. checked me in. There throughout wked in am... early afternoon. sorry not good with remembering names . Hotel clean.. room nice... breakfast was great ! 「My husband and I always stay at the Hermitage. This iconic hotel is rich in history and is a lovely landmark in a time when historic buildings are torn down to make way for new eye sore “modern “ hotels that lack any kind of aesthetic.
