「The room was large, clean and very nice! The staff was very friendly. The toiletry products were great-love the Zer0% brand. I didn’t realize that we needed to request daily service-which we didn’t need-but did want more coffee cups. They sent those up cheerfully and quickly. 「The ice maker on our floor did not work at all during our stay. There was a problem with our reservation. So on the morning before my flight, I called the number that they provide and spoke to customer service and I was assured that they had all the information needed and that my reservation was all set.
