「My stay at Sand and Tan was okay overall. I would like to commend the young bartender (whose name I unfortunately did not get) and the two ladies who worked in the evenings. When I reported the issue, the staff was dismissive and did not offer any meaningful solution. The poor cleanliness and lack of customer service made for a terrible experience. No guest should have to deal with these conditions.」
