Very clean room. Car was left and was not damaged. Cost cheaper than other places. Room was nice and clean and smelled good. Manager was very nice as were the drivers for the airport shuttle!

Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland Airport
Things in room were broken. Lights didn’t work and it was unclean. There was toilet paper in the toilet and it looked like someone had used it prior to me being there. 0/10 will not stay again

The hotel was pretty clean. Lobby area looks up to date, rooms are not. The beds are not great at all and no comforters just sheets to sleep with. Hot tub was down while we were there so we were very bummed and the pool area has garbage backs hanging on the ceiling which was a little concerning. ...
