One of the worst experiences of my life. No blankets for the beds, one wash cloth in the tiny bathroom though two of us were registered. The bathroom door could not close fully, etc. I will NOT be staying at a Days Inn again.

Room was absolutely disgusting - photos are not accurate for any part of the property. Linens were covered in dead bugs, burn marks, and soiled from the last person. Room itself was so unsanitary I spent less then 10 min there after check in before checking out. I was not offered another room or have housekeeping. Upon checking out others in the lobby were irate wanting to check out and request a refund. Do yourself a favor DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Opened the room door and immediately left. The smell was horrible. There was a barking dog in another room. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, one of the beds only had 2 legs and they didn't have another room to put us in. Sheets were not washed, stains and could see the crinkles in the sheets from where they had previously been slept on. When calling the front desk "yeah stains are pretty much the norm around here, we don't buy new sheets after each guest" Bathroom was disgusting with used wrappers on the ground. If I could I would give it zero stars. Walls were paper thin so the people partying next door had us up all hours of the night. Unfortunately I prepaid and couldn't get my $350 dollars back.

I really liked this cute hotel in the heart of Lakewood, just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland where I was attending an event. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. There was a continental breakfast buffet which was great. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The room was overall neat, but the covers had stains. The stairs going to the room had urin all over them and stunk terribly. There was a sketchy guy walking through the halls all night which caused me to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. I would NOT recommend staying here EVER!
