「The front desk staff was helpful upon arrival. Our room was not confirmed as fully ready post check in time, however, the staff managed to switch us to another two queen room within the check in time frame instead. The hotel was clean and appeared newly renovated inside, however, the outside is outdated. Overall, a nice stay for the value and need of only one night.」

「We got an upgrade from a room with 2 queens on a main floor to a room upstairs with a king because the room with 2 queens was needed for someone unable to navigate the stairs. Luckily this wasn't an issue for us (a couple), but the staff didn't ask (though we've stayed there before so perhaps she recognized our names). The room smelled a bit of stale smoke which seemed to be coming from the ancient (but efficient) AC unit. Would be nice to have a nightstand (and outlet) on both sides of the bed...

「The codes sent the last two weeks I stayed didn't work and it was a pain in the ass getting ahold of anyone.」

「It took us almost 1/2 to get checked in and into our room. We tried 9 different keys and none of them worked. The person that checked us in came and at least let us in. It took him another 1/2 to figure out he was putting in the wrong number. The bed was uncomfortable, needs brighter light bulbs, inside toilet bowl was gross, and had crumbs on the TV dresser. Also when we went to use the pullout bed, there was crumbs on the mattress while I was making the bed. The sofa bed was very...
