「Front desk person was very nice and friendly and the only one on staff with a full hotel. Bed was horrible, internet went down, no shampoo in the shower, plug in for the TV was missing, bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Wouldn't stay there again」

「Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.」

「All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. 「Our stay at this Quality Inn was overall much better than another hotel we had previously booked in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent — close to restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences.
