Great grounds and a few minutes from town! While this is a 3 star, we found it to be clean, spacious and safe. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable and to prepare food. Would recommend staying here!

Quiet! Clean. Reasonably priced. Helpful staff. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. It could use a bit of care - a few new lawn chairs outside the units. Black out curtains instead of blacked out windows would be nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Not a luxury, but very clean with all essentials. Tucked away and extremely quiet. Way better (and cheaper) compared to other motels by the highway. Worth staying a week to explore Wells Gray. I visited in May; only concern is it might be too warm in July/August when temps in the area are hot. Highly recommended if you are looking for economy stay that has all the basics.

On our arrival we are told to make sure room is exactly the same as we got it. We have to throw our trash out and will not get room service/cleaning as we are there for 2 days only. If needed towels if! Go to front dest we might have some. And there is weird sound that exhaust made when turned on in bathroom sounded like a phone turned on

Rustic cabins with decent amenities. Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge! Just what we needed on our trip to vancouver. The outdoor fire pit, bbq and picnic tables are also handy, especially in warmer weather.

The property has a rustic appearance, although it feels more improvised than intentionally rustic, with a somewhat cobbled-together DIY look. While it is quite dated, you can tell an effort has been made to try and make it feel cosy and homely and it was well-stocked. One thing worth noting is that the photos give the impression that the accommodation is made up of mostly standalone cabins, but in reality, most of the units are more motel-style. My biggest concern was the curtains. They don’t provide enough privacy, and at night, with the lights on, it is easy to see into the room from outside. As female travellers, we found this a little unsettling.

We were in the only single cabin and it was super nice and cute. The bed was very very comfy and made up with sheets and a comforter that you might have at home. Very pretty and soft! Everything was clean and it even had a bathtub that was clean enough to use! One suggestion to the owner, though, is the taps in the tub need to be caulked or you are going to have some water issues down the road! The kitchenette was small but functional. I loved the little deck at the front and enjoyed breakfast there. It was super quiet and birds were singing in the morning. Great stay, fastest check in of my life!
