Property is getting run down . Pool is not running for a yr now . Beautiful local and views but sad to see it getting run down . Golf course was in pretty good shape an enjoy playing it

No one was at the front desk and took them a while. She was nice. Maybe tired. The room is run down, dead flies by the coffee maker, old filter left in the machine. The bed was very comfy though and it was scenic. The patio should have a screen to keep out the bugs... Wifi was weak.

The service was great. The golf course is wonderful. The one restaurant was very good. The Hotel is old and in need of upgrade. Sound proof the rooms. Could hear a conversation in the next room well into the night. Needs more activities and restaurants.

I dont recomment this property until renovations are complete. We had one room with problems, then were moved to a room with even worse problems. Staff were friendly and polite, so I believe once reno's are done, it will okay.

The bad: Old rooms that smell like cigarette smoke. Burnt out light in kitchen area, very dim light in hallway. Had to enter room with cell flashlight to turn on bedside lamp. Needs updates. Awkward wall plugs. Ask for tip at payment terminal on check-in before any service has even been offered. The good: bed was comfy, was quiet at night.

The hotel staff are friendly and the view from the balcony is very nice, but the hotel itself is very dated. In general the room was clean but the towels and duvet cover had stains. Despite 'resort' being in the name, you should expect more of a motel experience. This being said, it still seems like one of the best options in the area, and I have heard some of the rooms are being renovated, so perhaps in a few years it will improve. Double check they are charging you the amount shown on your Expedia receipt, at first they tried to charge me a different rate but immediately switched to the Expedia price when I mentioned the discrepancy.
