「An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. 「Clean single room, great for a few night's stay. Downside: widows do not open (restricted) and it was hot!!! Thank you for a fan. It would be great I the windows were not restricted and I could create a draft to air out the room. Staff were nice, it's just the wait time. Maybe it was my own fault as it was busy. Another thing - there was nowhere to put the backpack/ luggage. Could you please provide a bench or something? It would be a great addition to the room!」
