"Great place to stay. Did a quick staycation here and enjoyed the food, and the pool. I think they should put some pads on the loungers under the cabanas though. Like they have upstairs on the 7th floor adult pool. Would come back in the future! "

"At arrival we upgraded to a suite. The suite showed it age. Furniture was dirty, furniture was showing it age. Cabinet doors were missing and, or broken in the kitchenette area. Staff was wonderful as always! Hoping staff reporter the nine month furloughs. Looking forward to visiting the renovated property as this trip definitely was telling, that the time has come. "

"Check in was easy, room was good at first glance. While laying in bed I rolled over and landed on something hard. Upon further investigation I realized there was a plastic clothes hanging tucked between the mattress and fitted sheet. That had me questioning whether someone actually changed the bedding from the last person or if they accidentally laid it on the mattress while cleaning and forgot it. Either way I was grossed out but too tired and it was so late when I found it I didn’t bother saying anything. "

"Great location , nice pool. Skip the breakfast there and go to the gourmet food store for a delicious quick breakfast. Be sure to enjoy lunch or dinner at the tiki bar . Rooms are tired and could use a makeover. "

"The staff felt a bit dry and unwelcoming when we first arrived. Overall, the property was just OK. When we got to the room it was clean and the view was nice, but the window was dirty which made it hard to fully enjoy looking out. The bathroom was very small and the water pressure in both the shower and sink was very low. The shower never really got hot—it stayed between warm and cool the entire time. The AC unit was also very loud and kept waking us up throughout the night. Parking is also an additional $20 per day. Overall, for the amount we paid for two nights, the stay felt overpriced for the experience we had."
