「No maid service daily. It was an additional $25 per day if requested. This was not quoted or explained when booking, There was a $25 per day parking fee. While breakfast was OK, twice in four days we were asked to leave right after finishing eating as there were people waiting for tables.」

「We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. We had our two children (5 and 7) and they were beyond happy with this...

「House keeping didn't check in everyday, the wifi was spotty at times, there wasn't a microwave, and the refrigerator wasn't already cold, and the breakfast was minimal, however the good outweighed the bad. Great price for the area and for the amenities. The room and hotel were clean, the tv was decent, the pool and hot tub were clean (though crowded) and we were a 5 minute walk away from the beach. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to go on a vacation on a budget!」

「This is one of our go to’s in OC. We are always pleased with everything. This time around we got a room where the AC was not working at its full potential. We spent 2 nights but reported the bad AC after the 1st night and we were given a fan which is fine I guess as a quick solution but the AC unit really needs to be fixed. We barely slept the 2 nights we were there due to the heat and high humidity. I don’t think this is a common thing at this hotel as they are very much on top of everything...

「I have been coming for years and overall love it. Room cleaning could be better. Especially take the empty glasses and cups. My serious complaint are the bathrooms. If you do not replace the tub with shower, at least put a rope on the shower head. Then I can easily clean my body...... I will definetely come back」

「Great hotel with clean cozy rooms. Staff were great and so helpful with any questions I had. The location was absolutely perfect!! I hardly had to drive and loved being so close to the prime of the boardwalk. The noise wasn’t too bad either we slept like babies through the night. Definitely will plan to be back next year.」
