Parking was defined for cars towing small trailers. They have pet friendly rooms with laminate floors that are excellent for our fury friends. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Stayed here because I was facing major surgery the following day. So I wanted to get a Jacuzzi room so I could relax ahead of time. Did jacuzzi was in the bathroom area which is quite small but private. And it is an actual jacuzzi tub! The room I was in had a beautiful pink tub with jets that you could move to fit the spots on your body you needed them to. Was very comfortable to lay back and relax in. I appreciated that it was a smoking room because I am a smoker. So I expected it to have a certain smell and maybe be older because the hotel itself is an older Hotel but I was blown away when I opened the door and saw the beautiful hardwood floors and decor and fresh smell and how clean it was. Had a nice chair that was comfortable and plenty of room in the actual room. Has a little refrigerator and microwave and everything that you might need. Nice big screen TV and everything is very modern on the inside. I would also like to compliment the desk clerk. He was very helpful in getting me checked in and giving me good advice for around clarksville. Since I don't live that far from there I might actually just go back there to that same room just to enjoy that private jacuzzi and relax! Plus it is located right in the heart of everything so you can actually walk to things. Couldn't have had a better experience there

When I checked in the registration agent was lovely. She further more was helpful by providing me with plastic eating utensils when my Door Dash was delivered without them. My room was clean however the bed was saggy and uncomfortable. Lastly the walls were thin enough for me to hear a screaming match next door that lasted early into the next morning. I’m faulted in that I was too tired to call the front desk and complain.

It all began with check in. Going to our room, we were meet with a dozen policeman and cars. They were investigating a possible group of underage beging held against their will. Ok, we moved on from this and into our smoke free room, were we constantly had to deal with the smell of pot. I have asthma and so I contracted the office. She said there was nothing she could do because it was sold in their smokes shops. Well first off there is no smoking or vaping in the area, so who cares what they are smoking, she should have investigated it for us. Then she said she could move us, but why am I being punished? I was already unpacked and ready for bed! Move the people smoking in the non smoking area. All night long there is banging on doors and people shouting in the parking lot. The best thing about the place was the jetted tub. The people at check in are very nice, but the accommodations and property lack a peaceful stay.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful, nice and professional. Sorry, can't remember her name. Kids playing in the parking lot upon arrival. Rooms were loud, meaning I could hear the cars on the interstate driving by, people walking outside by the room, next door room, could hear when they open and closed the refrigerator. My floors were filthy, and the pillows on the beds were a joke. Like not even half of a full size pillow. Door to my room showed light from the outside through it around the frame.
