「After researching online and reading tons of reviews for many hotels, resorts, and bnb's in and around Ocho Rios, we booked a 6-night stay at Sand and Tan, and I'm so incredibly glad we did! Breakdown: What the other reviews got RIGHT: This hotel is right on the beach and has all of the basics. Our room was exactly as advertised and clean. Basic housekeeping was included. 「The Property Need lots of Repairs, Their are broken tiles on floors, broken glass table in room, the gas Stove is rusted and burners are burnt out ,bathroom facet not right for that sink, when turned on it is sprays over the Floor and the shower head sprays incorrectly. The entrance doors and patio doors need adjusted, There are mold on entrance floors and walls, there are repairs needed on the whole property!」

「The room is comfortable. However its not as seen in picture in terms of decor. The painting that was to be placed on the wall was stored in the closet. The i room safe didnt work. The light over the face basin was not working. The fan and main light in the room was not working. The maintenance personnel said he would return to fix those but didnt come back. It is however a quiet property. The property itself is clean. Just the room i stayed in needs to be worked on. 」

「Still very new so there wasn’t a lot of stuff and we were the only people on the property so the service wasn’t the best in terms of quality. The property was clean but maybe a little unkept because of the lack of traction/traffic. Felt safe 」
