「We are very disappointed the arrangement of hotel. They give the disable room to us and our feeling is very bad. The bathroom water is not hot enough for taking shower. 」

「Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next」

「The hotel staff are friendly and attentive but the hotel is getting a bit old. Restaurants inside the hotel are not outstanding but the best thing about this hotel is its location - many good restaurants, coffee shops, tourist attractions and souvenirs shops are within walking distance.」

「Very new and modern hotel. In the middle of everything and supermarket nearby. The only problem I had was the air conditioning not responding to the desired settings」

「The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. I certainly will visit again and introduce to my friends too. Thank you very much Divyaa. 」

「The whole team were phenomenal, we arrived on New Year’s Eve the two young ladies at check in were fantastic (Evie - I believe was one) great local knowledge warm and friendly everything you want! The whole stay was amazing hotel is beautiful bar staff were fantastic again friendly and warm, good craic during our visit. Would go back and will be back for sure.」

All staff are very nice and helpful, we must say thank you especially to a manager of Halo restaurant (we forgot to ask for her name). She is a very nice, many thanks for her arrangement on our breakfast time on the check out day. We are definitely will visit Dublin and stay in this hotel again. Super recommend to stay in this hotel.」
