「Room layout strange Regarding the nathroom. More privacy needed.」

「Buena ubicación, habitaciones limpias, atención de personal en desayuno atentos, área de recepción falta un poco mas de amabilidad, ojalá mejores un poco mas de facilidades para el check in y mas cuando traemos un bebé. Un poco incomodo el lugar para llegar y bajar maletas calle muy estrecha y sin espacio para estacionarse y bajar tranquilamente」

「I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room...

「Lovely historic hotel. Front reception staff is friendly and was super helpful with my Spanish being minimal. This is our favorite place to stay in Santo Domingo.Its a luxurious respite in a quiet, historic area you must see. One constructive thing is I think they need to pay more attention to the pool. Several times per day someone should clean the debris from leaves. This is a small thing and 9/10 they get it right.」

「Beautiful hotel in the best location. Social hour was a great way to try local produce and meet other guests. Pool and gym very good. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Room clean and great AC. Walls are thin and at times could hear next doors TV and hair dryer, it was only short lived so did not need to change rooms, the hotel were amenable to this if needed. Casarre Restaurant is just around the corner and is a must.」

「La parte del baño es una donde se pueda darle mayor atención por que la ducha mojaba todo el piso afuera del mismo. La puerta del baño tiene que tener mayor acceso y privacidad」

「Check in was easy, the owner provided me with bldg and room access. Hotel rules was explained via email in details. I only had one issue with no shower gel. But the reception came and explain the issue and rectified the situation the same day.Adefra staff member Omar Molina was on point with making breakfast the way I preferred it and assisted me with points of interest around Santo Domingo.」
